Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the                       
Resources Committee Findings of Fact on SENATE BILL NO. 318                    
An Act authorizing, approving, and ratifying the amendment of                  
Northstar Unit oil and gas leases between the State of Alaska and              
BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc.; and providing for an effective date be           
published in a Senate Journal Supplement.  Senator Duncan objected,            
then withdrew his objection.  There being no further objections, the           
Findings of  Fact  will be published in  Senate  Journal  Supplement           
No. 13.
